With the Chevy Volt arriving in California over the weekend — and into the hands of the first Volt owners worldwide. GM's west coast PR team excitedly tweeted about one VIP customer who was among the first in line to pick up his keys. Yes, that's car collector and NBC late-night stalwart Jay Leno, who talks up the Volt after the jump. No word if he bumped Conan O'Brien for the honor — who's, coincidentally, giving away the Chevy Cruze on his TBS show through Dec. 21.
